David has served on seat 4 for GCTC since 2013.  He graduated from Schulter Public Schools in 1979, then studied Petroleum Land Management at the University of Oklahoma.  He has been employed as the CEO of First Family Federal Credit Union since January of 2008. 

David is a 2010 graduate of Southwest CUNA Management School and a 2015 graduate of Credit Union Development Educator.  He currently serves on the Cornerstone Credit Union Foundation Board of Directors, Cross Timbers RC&D Board of Directors, and as the Treasurer of Schulter Baptist Church.   He and his wife, Vicki are lifelong residents of Okmulgee County.
