Interested in teaching hair, beauty, and cosmetics?

Prepared to take the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology Master Instructor Licensing Exam and enter employment as a licensed instructor in cosmetology.

Career Focus:
• Develop and deliver instructional content in cosmetology.
• Supervise and mentor students in a salon or classroom setting
• Understand curriculum planning, classroom management, and student evaluation.

Entrance Requirements:
• Applicants must complete a GCTC Application for Admissions and participate in personal interview.
• Must provide copy of High School diploma or G.E.D
• Must complete and pass entrance testing requirements.
• Must hold a current Oklahoma Cosmetologist License
